Appointments

clockEach Doctor has his or her own consulting times, but routine appointments are normally from 9am until 11am in the mornings and 3pm until 5.15pm in the afternoons. All appointments need booking in advance. When booking, please specify to the Receptionist whether your appointment is urgent or routine so it can be dealt with appropriately.

Patients requiring urgent treatment will be seen on the day, but it may not be with your preferred GP.

We hold a branch surgery at the Village Hall in Great Tey most weeks, but this is for patients living in Great Tey only.  Please telephone the surgery for an appointment.

Our Doctors can speak with you on the telephone if you need advice and are available for phone calls after morning surgery, before going on their visits. Please telephone the Practice staff and they will help you with a suitable time to call.

Please note, we do everything we can to assist you as soon as possible, but we are not an emergency service. If you have any condition that needs immediate medical treatment, please go straight to A & E or phone 999 for an ambulance.
