We are a four-partner practice, which covers the village of Earls Colne and surrounding area.

We aim to provide a comfortable and cheerful atmosphere for all of our patients and will always treat you with the utmost respect.

The staff may not always be able to offer you the exact time and date you wish for your routine appointment, but they will happily spend time to try and find something to suit your needs. You will find them very approachable and they will gladly help to sort out your queries or worries and pass them on to the Doctors if necessary.

In return we would be very grateful if you could let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel an appointment with your Doctor, the Practice Nurse or the Healthcare Assistant, as patients failing to attend waste a lot of valuable surgery time.

We also request that you keep us up to date with any changes to your contact details, e.g. new address, change of name etc and most importantly, telephone numbers, in case we need to get in touch with you.

We have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to a patient being violent or abusive to a Doctor or any member of staff and would request that you treat all personnel politely and courteously.

We are a very friendly practice and hope you will find us helpful with any of your medical requirements.
