PLEASE NOTE: If ordering medication for more than 1 person via our online service, please click on 'Send Request' for the 1st person before entering the details of the 2nd.  Thank you.

Repeat prescriptions may be ordered by:

a)  Accessing our website, www.thepumphousesurgery.co.uk  and completing the 'Online Repeat Prescription Form' from the 'Prescriptions' tab.

b)  Telephone the Dispensary on 01787 223408 between 10.00am and 2.00pm Monday to Friday.

c)  Writing to the Surgery.

d)  Calling in at the Surgery between 8.30am - 1.00pm & 2.00pm - 6.30pm

In each case, the names of required medication should be stated, and 48 hours notice given.

Prescriptions can be collected at any time during surgery opening hours.

A delivery service to Great Tey village hall and Chappel post office is available, please ask the Dispensers for details.

We are a Dispensing practice, which means that we can dispense medication to any patients that live more than a mile away from a chemist.
