The Pump House Surgery are able to dispense medications only for our patients who live further than 1.6km from a pharmacy.  Please note that if you are seen by a doctor for an urgent matter at the surgery and issued with a prescription we are not able to dispense this to you if you are not eligible.

Repeat Prescriptions for Dispensing Patients

If you would like our Dispensary to manage your repeat prescription on a monthly basis, please speak to a member of the team.

Housebound Patients

We deliver to our housebound dispensing patients on a Friday morning.  If you are eligible for this please speak to the Dispensary Team.  Note to our patients who have signed up for this service, our driver who delivers to your door on Fridays, his name is David Cook.  If you have any issues and concerns, please make our driver aware who will be happy to bring your queries to our dispensary team's attention.

Great Tey Patients

A delivery service to Great Tey Village Hall and Chappel Post Office is available, please ask the Dispensary team for further details.  Please be aware that repeat prescription requests for collection at Great Tey must be requested by the end of surgery on a Tuesday to ensure delivery on the Friday on that week.  Medications are able to be collected between 9.30am and 9.45am on Fridays mornings from Great Tey Village Hall unless otherwise notified.
